The programme ends. The need doesn't.
Most careers programmes have a fixed budget, a set number of places and an end date. When the money runs out, referrals stop, even though residents still need support. Fund a first group of residents with us and the referral route stays open after your places are used.

Fund a first group. Keep the referral route open.
The Value Blend
Start with the budget you have
No starting budget? Greater Manchester Combined Authority refers residents into places funded entirely through the Value Blend.
You commission a starting group
Choose as many resident places as your current budget allows.
We bring in other funding
From social value contracts, corporate sponsors and the surplus we reinvest as a social enterprise.
You keep referring
The route stays open once your funded places are used, and you can commission more whenever budget allows.
What a funded place includes
Lifetime access, and coaching when it matters
Every funded place includes lifetime access to Stay Nimble and an agreed amount of coaching.
Coaching hours never expire. Six hours can be spread across months or years, whenever they'd help most. Some funded places give unlimited coaching for an agreed period instead, and a resident uses as much as they need while it runs.
Once the hours are used, everything else stays. We can sometimes add more through our own funding, and a resident can pay for more themselves.
When your funding ends, their account stays open.
What residents can use
Career support that stays with them
Every resident gets Nim, a personal career assistant they can ask about anything to do with work, at any hour. Alongside it, Skills Finder surfaces the skills already sitting in their CV, Career Explorer suggests directions grounded in the local jobs market, and Course Finder, CV Helper and a weekly Job Radar cover training and the openings the big job boards miss.
Coaching comes from proper, qualified people: registered with the Career Development Institute, qualified to at least Level 6 in career guidance, and trained as mental health first aiders.

Royal Borough of Kingston
Different doors, same building
Since 2022, Kingston has referred residents through Thrive Kingston, Launchpad Tech Start and Launchpad Green Jobs, and put frontline staff through Foundations in Career Conversations. Each had its own funding and its own end date. The support behind them didn't.
376 residents supported. 177 employment outcomes. £1.1M of evidenced social value, and more than 2,000 hours of coaching. All 376 still have access, and nobody lost it when funding changed.
On one of those programmes, the council commissioned 30 places. Through the Value Blend, 150 residents came away with lifetime access.

Building local capability
Train the people residents already trust
Foundations in Career Conversations is our microcredential for frontline staff: six short modules and one live session with a qualified coach. Completing it makes someone a Career Ally, recognised against the Career Conversations Competency Framework.
Kingston Adult Education has put staff through it. Age Friendly Kingston used it with social prescribers. The capability stays in the borough afterwards.
Where a general offer isn't enough
Support for specific groups
Care leavers
Surrey County Council and Achieving for Children give care leavers unlimited coaching for twelve months. When the twelve months end, lifetime access to everything else carries on.
Your own workforce
Career support for employees affected by restructuring, available as soon as their notice begins.

Start with a short form. We'll read it before we speak, then have a practical conversation about your area.
Stay Nimble is a social enterprise. Whichever door someone came through, they keep the key.
